## MCP tools
- upload_temporary_video: Upload an attached video or temporary HTTPS video URL and receive share_url.
- get_upload_limits: Read accepted formats, quotas and expiration options.

## Important behavior
- Deliver the returned share_url to the human as the viewing link.
- Do not derive or expose a direct media URL.
- Standalone agent identities do not require a human VideosTemporales account.
