Privacy for AI agent integrations
Effective: September 20, 2026. This notice supplements the general VideosTemporales privacy policy for use through ChatGPT and other supported AI agents.
1. Data the integration processes
- Video content and file data: the video selected by the user, file name when supplied, file type, size, duration and technical codec/resolution information needed to validate and serve the upload.
- Temporary source URL: when an AI host supplies a temporary HTTPS download URL instead of the file bytes, VideosTemporales uses it to retrieve the video. The agent-upload database records the source host for security and diagnostics rather than storing the complete source URL as an attribution field.
- Integration and authorization data: a pseudonymous integration identifier, OAuth client identifier, granted scopes, token hashes, creation/expiry/use timestamps, quota information and security/rate-limit data. Access and refresh tokens are not stored in plaintext.
- Human viewing attribution: for links created by an agent, VideosTemporales may store a pseudonymous viewer fingerprint, the video code, timestamps, page-view and playback events, advertising-trigger events, clicks to upload another video, and later uploads or registrations attributed to that referral.
- Security and moderation data: technical logs, hashes, metadata, frames or other limited signals needed to detect abuse, malware, fraud, illegal content or violations of the service terms.
2. Why this data is used
VideosTemporales uses these data to receive the requested video, create and operate the temporary viewing link, enforce upload quotas, protect the service from abuse, troubleshoot failures, moderate prohibited content, measure whether agent integrations produce successful human views, and understand aggregate service and monetization performance.
3. Retention
- Temporary videos: the agent integration currently offers 15 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours or 24 hours. Expired videos are removed by the normal cleanup process unless they must be preserved because of quarantine, an abuse investigation, evidence preservation or a legal obligation.
- OAuth authorization codes: valid for up to 5 minutes and single-use.
- OAuth access tokens: valid for up to 1 hour.
- OAuth refresh tokens: valid for up to 90 days and rotated when used. Tokens can be revoked when the connection is disconnected.
- Agent usage and attribution records: dedicated agent-upload, quota, viewing-attribution and conversion-attribution records are retained for up to 90 days, then removed by scheduled cleanup.
- Security, abuse and legal records: may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, preserve evidence, comply with law or protect the service and its users.
4. Sharing and recipients
The video is made available to people who receive the temporary viewing link. Infrastructure, security, advertising and other technical providers may process limited data as necessary to operate the service, subject to the general privacy and cookie policies. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities or specialized reporting channels when legally required or necessary to address serious illegal content or abuse.
ChatGPT/OpenAI processes information on its side under OpenAI's own terms and privacy policies. VideosTemporales does not control data processed by OpenAI before it reaches the VideosTemporales integration.
5. AI training
VideosTemporales does not use videos submitted through this integration to train its own AI models. Automated processing may still be used for validation, moderation, abuse detection and technical analysis.
6. User controls
Users can decline the OAuth authorization, disconnect the integration, allow a temporary video to expire, or contact VideosTemporales regarding privacy questions. Disconnecting revokes the integration credentials on the VideosTemporales side when the client sends the supported OAuth revocation request.
