Terms for AI agent integrations

Effective: September 20, 2026. These terms supplement the general VideosTemporales legal terms and apply when the service is used through ChatGPT or another supported AI agent.

1. Purpose of the integration

The integration lets an AI agent upload a user-provided video to VideosTemporales and return a temporary human viewing link. It is a temporary delivery service, not permanent storage or backup.

2. Permission to upload

You must have the right to upload and share the video. Do not use the integration to upload content that is illegal, exploitative, abusive, infringing, malicious, fraudulent, designed to distribute malware, or otherwise prohibited by the general service rules.

3. Temporary links and expiration

Agent-created links expire according to the period selected by the user or agent within the available limits. Expired content may become unavailable before physical cleanup completes. Content may also be removed, blocked or quarantined earlier for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or moderation.

4. Human viewing page

The supported delivery result is the VideosTemporales human viewing page returned as share_url. The integration does not provide a direct media URL. Attempts to bypass access controls, authorization tokens, the viewing page or anti-abuse protections are not permitted.

5. Advertising

The human viewing page may display or open advertising in accordance with the site's current advertising implementation and applicable consent requirements. Advertising helps fund the service. The agent itself is not required to view an advertisement in order to upload through an authorized integration.

6. Limits and automated use

Integrations are subject to file-size, format, expiration, hourly and daily limits. Limits may vary by integration and may be reduced, suspended or revoked in response to abuse, excessive load, security risk or operational needs.

7. Moderation and safety

Uploads may be validated and analyzed using file metadata, hashes, frames and other technical signals. VideosTemporales may block, quarantine, preserve or report content when required by law or reasonably necessary to address serious abuse or prohibited content.

8. Availability

The service is provided on an availability basis and may be affected by maintenance, network failures, format incompatibilities, moderation actions or other technical conditions. A temporary link is not a guarantee of permanent availability.

9. Relationship with AI providers

OpenAI and other AI providers are independent services. Their handling of prompts, attachments and account data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. VideosTemporales is responsible only for the VideosTemporales service and integration endpoints it operates.

10. Suspension and termination

VideosTemporales may revoke an integration identity, token or access to the agent API when necessary for security, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, legal compliance or service stability.

See the AI agent privacy notice, the general privacy policy and the general legal notice. Where these integration-specific terms and the general terms address the same feature, these integration-specific terms govern the AI-agent integration.
